The main hall can be booked for a wide range of occasions – birthday parties, wedding receptions, music events, community get-togethers, etc. It is 23m x 9m including the bar area, and there is an adjoining kitchen. There is a stage with electrics for lighting and PA, and we have 15 tables (1800 x 760) and 200 chairs available.
The conference room is a large carpeted room, usually set up with tables and chairs suitable for formal meetings. These can be removed for a smaller and warmer space than the main hall (e.g. for smaller children’s parties or groups).
The IT suite is a smaller cosy room. Free wifi is available if you wish to bring your own equipment (subject to an acceptable use policy agreement). The furniture in this room can be rearranged or removed to provide a treatment/counselling space or small meeting room.
To make a booking:
1) check the calendar to ensure the room you require is available,
2) read and agree our terms and conditions and Fire Regulations Agreement PLEASE PRINT.
3) complete a booking form and email it to us.
We’ll contact you within 48 hours to confirm the booking.
Room hire rates for individuals and non-commercial organisations are:
8.00am – 6.00pm: £5.00 per hour
6.00pm – 11.00pm: £6.50 per hour
11.00pm – 12.00am: £15.00
12.00am – 1.00am: £20.00
Use of the kitchen is £15.00.
3 hour Soft Play Party’s for only £75.00
For licensed events in the main hall, there is a £20.00 floor cleaning fee.
Room hire rates for commercial organisations and statutory bodies are:
8.00am – 6.00pm: £7.50 per hour
6.00pm – 11.00pm: £9.00 per hour
11.00pm – 12.00am: £22.50
12.00am – 1.00am: £27.00
